MUSCATINE — Joseph Kallenbach has joined the Research and Development Department at Grain Processing Corporation as an associate scientist.

Kallenbach will focus on new product development in the areas of feedstock processing and enzymatic bio-processing. He is originally from Dickinson, North Dakota, and earned bachelor of science degrees in food science and dietetics from North Dakota State University in 2013. He also earned a master of science degree in cereal science from North Dakota State University in 2016, according to a news release.
