Jerry Hatfield, retired financial executive, passed away on Monday, November 13, age 75, in Surprise, Arizona. He was born in Muscatine, Iowa, however grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was a graduate of Hot Springs High School, and the University of Arkansas.
He is survived by wife, Joetta Cobb Hatfield; sons, Ryan, of San Clemente, California, and Chad, of Goodyear, Arizona; brother Ted, of Hall's Crossroads, Tennessee; uncle, Bill Mark, of Muscatine, Iowa; and five grandchildren. His parents owned and operated, in the 1930s and 1940s, the landmark Hatfield's Station/Restaurant on U.S. 6 near Wilton.
