MUSCATINE, Iowa — A Muscatine man and woman will face felony charges after a traffic stop when methamphetamine was allegedly found in the vehicle.

Danielle Graves, 34, and Charles Rhoades, 39, were arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 14, around 3:08 a.m. after the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop at Highway 22 and Davis Avenue in Nichols pursuant to a search warrant, according to court documents.

Graves and Rhoades have each been charged with one count of controlled substance violation, a class B felony, and one count of failure to affix drug stamp, a class D felony.

A digital scale, bulk United States currency, packaging material, and approximately 4 ounces methamphetamine were allegedly discovered in the vehicle, according to the criminal complaint.

A preliminary hearing is set for both at 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, in Muscatine County District Court.
