Central College senior Angie Allgood was named the women's tennis team's DeHaan MVP for the fourth consecutive season on Thursday.
Allgood, a 2012 Muscatine graduate, was a four-season varsity letterwinner for the Dutch, a four-time All-Iowa Conference singles players and a three-time all-conference doubles player in addition to being selected a 2015 Capital One Academic All-District, an ITA scholar-athlete in 2015 and three-time academic all-league.
While she didn't compete during the spring season, Allgood wrapped up her career by going 9-5 at No. 1 singles and and 7-5 at No. 1 doubles with classmate Megan Davis in the fall. In all, she had a career 45-22 singles record and a 50-23 career doubles record.
