The accolades keep coming for the Louisa-Muscatine girls bowling team.
A few weeks after repeating as Class 1A State champions, four L-M girls bowlers were named to the all-state team.
Whittney Morse, who won the individual title with a 487 series in February, was named first-team all-state, and Shadyn Bishop joined her on the first-team.
Louisa-Muscatine's Hayley Anderson and Dawn Hathaway were both named seconds-team all-state, and all four girls were also first-team all-district. Head coach Al Jordan was named the district coach of the year.
The Class 1A boys individual state champion, Louisa-Muscatine's Dustin Beaham, was also named first-team all state in addition to first-team all district. Also, Traven Tillie is second-team all-district.
The Muscatine bowling teams had plenty of representation, too, as four girls were named all-state. Ragan Carey and Gabi Evans were both named first-team all-state in Class 3A, while Emily Payne and Jaelynn Klein were both second-team all-state selections.
One member of the Muskie boys bowling team was honored, as Tyler Harris was a first-team all-state selection.
