Project engineer –

This position recognizes a level of technical competence in electrical, mechanical or other
related engineering discipline that will be used as a foundation to become an active member
of the engineering team. Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field and related work
experience mandatory. Complex and diverse problem solving is required. Primary tasks
is to bring bear the tangible result of a capital project execution. Participate in design,
construction and operation of equipment and processes to become a technical champion of
the processes.

Process engineer –

This position works closely in a team environment with Metallurgist, Quality Engineer, Lean
Manager, and Reliability Managers. Bachelor of Science in Engineering with discipline in
mechanical, electrical, metallurgical, chemical and minimum five years of related experience.
Focused on process improvement.

Metallurgist –

Implement the operating practices and processes for new products developed for the facility,
optimize existing process and practices to improve product efficiency and product recovery.
Bachelor of Science in Material Science with minimum five years of industrial experience.
