Scott (Belmont) Campus is seeking a FT. Maintenance employee
Under the direction of the Dean of Instruction this position will be responsible for:
• Performing routine building maintenance duties as required to clean, maintain, and keep functional all areas in all buildings
and adjacent areas as to provide sanitary, safe and secure facilities for students, staff, tenants and general public.
This position will be responsible for performing all general maintenance duties as directed.
Qualifications will include:
• Associates degree preferred. High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must have basic understanding of electricity and plumbing fixtures.
• Must have demonstrated experience with equipment operation and knowledge of safety devises.
• Previous experience in general building maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate competence in equipment operation and knowledge of safety devises, use and procedure.
• Must have the ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, crawl, lift 50lbs.,
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
