ADVANCED MANUFACTURING PROGRAM MANAGER Eastern Iowa Community Colleges is seeking a full-time Advanced Manufacturing Program Manager. Supervise Non-credit and Contract Training instructors. Serve as the Student Development liaison for services at the Blong Technology Center (BTC), including initiatives for student retention and success and leading initiatives to increase enrollment of under-represented groups within Advanced Manufacturing fields. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Preferred background and/or education in Advanced Manufacturing • Preferred background in higher education • Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Must be able to develop and maintain solid relationships with businesses in the community. • Must be able to coordinate training • Must possess knowledge regarding the training needs of local industry • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, or ability to secure transportation to customer locations throughout the EICC district.
