EICC is seeking Full Time Computer Programming Instructor
(165 Day Contract)
Fall 2019 Semester

Under the direction of the Dean of Instruction this position will be responsible for:
• Responsible for teaching courses and assessing learning outcomes in assigned discipline. Assignments may

include alternative delivery methods, evening courses, and multiple sites. Must demonstrate excellence in
teaching and service. Must demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the community college.

Qualifications will include:

• BA/BS degree in web design/development or related computer programing (appropriate work experience may meet
this qualification) or Associates degree in web design/development or computer programming field, with three
years of recent and successful work experience in web design/development or computer programming required.
• Ability to teach Programming Language courses, particularly in these areas; C#, NET programming; Java,
and programming logic.
• Demonstrate proficiency in: Windows and Mac OS, HTML, CSS, PHP, Node.js, Photoshop, Illustrator, SQL,
ASP.Net(C# or VB), Java, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Swift (IOS) and Office related products.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, web development and mobile
development preferred.
