EICC is looking for a key member of our senior leadership team who will serve as the President of Clinton Community College, in Clinton, Iowa. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with excellent administrative experience and the ability to engage and inspire both a campus and a community. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key member of a strong district-wide leadership team with high aspirations and high expectations for our family of community colleges. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree required; earned doctorate preferred. Five years of management experience, with three years at upper management levels; management experience in a community college/higher education environment preferred. Demonstrated expertise in managing facilities, instructional programs, student development, planning, budgets and fundraising. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
