MAINTENANCE
Alter Logistics serves barge, truck and rail modes of transportation.
Our support office is in Bettendorf, IA.
We are seeking a reliable person for this role.
Duties include:
• Repair and maintain properties within commercial facilities,
primarily in Bettendorf, Iowa.
• Coordinate required inspections and maintain compliance with
building or other regulations
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance, including
basic plumbing, grounds keeping, cleaning, pest control, snow
removal, lawn care, equipment maintenance HVAC, boiler and
management of vendors for such duties as needed
• Coordinate bids from specialist for complex needs
• Supply and inventory management
• Other duties as required
MUST have high school diploma or GED with 2-4 years general
maintenance experience. Must be a skilled multitasker with strong
communication skills. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to
lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
