MUSCATINE — A Davenport man pleaded guilty to intimidation with a dangerous weapon, according to a press release from County Attorney Alan Ostergren. Emmanuel Howard, 18, will be sentenced at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 27.
On March 25, Howard fired a handgun at two people standing on an elevated porch at a multi-family residential building. No one was injured.
Howard was taken into custody shortly after and found in possession of the firearm.
