MUSCATINE — A Muscatine man who was arrested by Geneseo, Illinois, police this summer has pleaded guilty to theft in the second degree.
On Aug. 30 around 11:30 p.m., the Geneseo Police Department charged Isaiah Sanchez, 22, Andrew Doxsee, 19, and a 16-year-old male, all of Muscatine, with burglary to a motor vehicle, criminal trespass and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Doxsee later admitted to Muscatine police he was in possession of stolen firearms and was involved in the incident in Geneseo, according to the criminal complaint.
On Friday, Doxsee pleaded guilty to theft in the second degree in Muscatine County Court. He will be sentenced March 23, according to court documents.
