Why Testing Numbers Drop On Sundays

As coronavirus cases tick back up across the nation, Americans are flocking to testing centers in droves-- in an attempt to curb the spread of the highly contagious virus. The rise in testing demand has led to some interesting trends. Data shows that daily case numbers appear to drop on Sundays, before rising up again throughout the week. To discuss what this might mean, we spoke to Saskia Popescu, Epidemiologist and Professor at George Mason University.
